Gaze Into You + Process

Below the main page is a look at how I started. 1st sketch...VERY rough, loose, figuring out shapes. 2nd sketch...Tighten up a bit 3rd sketch... Some inks and figuring out a design element in the background / bells or something on the horns? 4th sketch... Decide on grey and orange color scheme. Still think the space near the horns needs something. 5th sketch...BOOM they needed to be bigger! Still figuring out a design element in the back. 6th sketch... Decide to try some reds and black.... 7th sketch... Went back to oranges and a lighter skull with harsh shadows. Enjoy! Hope this helps someone.
